About Me
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Limnological Station of the University of Zurich, working in aquatic microbial and experimental ecology. My research focuses on the ecological processes that shape microbial interactions, community assembly, and ecosystem functioning. My work combines controlled experiments (batch, semicontinuous, chemostats), field observations, and open datasets to link microbial diversity with functional outcomes through theory-driven and reproducible approaches.
Research interests
Microbial ecology, aquatic systems, metacommunities, ecosystem functioning, and theoretical ecology.
